RENTAL ACCOMMODATION

The rental accommodation is flexible, and can be either used as a self contained unit comprising of two x two double ensuite bedrooms ( 1 x 10´x 13´9", 1 x 11´x 15´6") lounge (15´x 14´) and kitchen (12´x 11´6") fitted with stainless steel hob, double sink single drainer, stainless steel sink unit and separate small wash band basin. Plumbing for two dishwashers or washing machines. Central heating radiator. The kitchen was refitted in 2006. Alternatively it can be used as bed and breakfast accommodation.

There is also a twin room (10´3" x 9´9" and 10´9" x 7´6" length overall 21ft approximately) overlooking the rock stacks and Pentland Firth. There are currently two single beds and shower unit in the room. There is a separate toilet in a private lobby.

The 4 berth caravan could provide additional accommodation and has been used by university students on several occasions.
